Appointment Guidelines:
Please do not bring additional people to your appointment. This ensures a calm and focused environment for your beauty service.

Payment Information:
A debit/credit card is required to secure your appointment. The remaining balance can be paid via Zelle, Cashapp, ApplePay, or cash at the time of your appointment.
​
Skin Preparation:
For the best possible makeup application, please arrive with groomed brows, any unwanted facial hair removed, and a clean face. Proper skin preparation will help us achieve flawless results.
​
Deposit:
A $25 non-refundable deposit is required to confirm your booking. This deposit will be applied toward your total balance. In the unlikely event that I need to cancel, your deposit will be refunded to the card on file.

Late Policy:
If you are 15 minutes late, a $15 fee will be added to your remaining balance. If you are 20 minutes late, your appointment will be canceled.

Cancellation and Rescheduling:
If you need to cancel your appointment, please do so at least 24 hours in advance. You will have 7 days to reschedule using your initial deposit. If you do not reschedule within this time frame, a new deposit will be required for a new appointment date.

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day. You will receive an email notification with tracking information once your order has shipped.

At Crystal Beauty Box, your satisfaction is our priority. However, due to the nature of our lash products, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds once the box has been opened.

Exchanges:
If you need to exchange your product, we’re happy to accommodate exchanges for unopened boxes within 14 days of purchase. Please ensure the product is in its original, unopened condition and contact our customer service team with your order details to initiate the exchange.

No Returns or Refunds:
