At Crystal Beauty Box, we take pride in the quality of our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. However, due to the nature of our lash strips, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds once the box has been opened.

Exchanges:
If you wish to exchange your product, we are happy to accommodate exchanges for unopened boxes within 14 days of purchase. To initiate an exchange, please ensure the product is in its original, unopened condition and contact our customer service team with your order number.

No Returns or Refunds:
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or provide refunds for any product once the box has been opened. We appreciate your understanding and encourage you to carefully review your selection before making a purchase.

Store Pickup (Brooklyn, NY Area):
If you are located in the Brooklyn, New York area, you can choose to pick up your order directly from our store. Simply select the “Store Pickup” option during checkout, and we will notify you when your order is ready for pickup. Please bring a valid ID and your order confirmation when collecting your items.

Shipping Fees:
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the weight and destination of your order. For orders over $50, we offer free standard shipping within the continental U.S.

Order Tracking:
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can monitor your delivery.

Lost or Damaged Packages:
